The Gulf Cooperation Council announced on "X" today, Thursday, that it and Pakistan have initialed a free trade agreement. The agreement was signed by the Council's Secretary-General, Jassem Al-Budaiwi, and Pakistan's Minister of Commerce, Jawad Azhar.
