Baalbek-El Hermel Governor Bachir Khodr announced via his Twitter account that a number of Syrian displaced individuals in Arsal experienced poisoning after consuming meals provided by a charity organization. He indicated that a medical examiner has been assigned to assess their condition and a investigation has been initiated to take appropriate measures.
The number of poisoning cases among the displaced individuals in Arsal reached 104, with the victims distributed between two hospitals, all of whom were discharged after receiving treatment. The charity distributed a total of 1,400 meals across four camps.
