Four people have died and dozens more are missing following heavy rains that struck southwestern China last week. The public broadcaster "CCTV" reported that "the storms caused significant flooding that inundated a steel factory where more than 200 people work," noting that "the current death toll stands at 4, while 48 others remain missing as rescue operations continue."
