Hochstein: Border Agreement Signing on Thursday

American mediator Amos Hochstein announced that "the signing of the border demarcation agreement between Lebanon and Israel will take place next Thursday." Additionally, LBCI reported that "Hochstein will arrive in Lebanon on Wednesday to deliver the official text of the border demarcation agreement to the President in Baabda on Thursday morning, after which the President will decide who will be sent to Naqoura in the following two days." According to information from "Al-Jadeed," the signing of the agreement will take place in Naqoura, and Lebanon's side will be represented by either one of the officers or the Director General of Oil at the Ministry of Energy, Auror Fghali. On another note, Israeli media reported on Sunday that "Israel will hold a media event after signing the agreement with Lebanon," noting that "there will be no joint event but rather separate rooms where each party will sign in front of American representatives." It clarified that "the signing level is low and includes the Director General of the Ministry of Energy from 'Israel' and a representative from Lebanon."
