Title: Sharaf al-Din from Syria: A Duty to Achieve Rapid Progress in the File of Displaced Persons' Return

Minister of Displaced Persons in the caretaker government, Issam Sharaf al-Din, outlined during his visit to Syria the file of displaced persons' return, in a meeting with the Minister of Local Administration and Environment, Hussein Makhlouf, who is tasked with the file of Syrian displaced persons, and the Minister of Interior, Major General Mohammad al-Rahmun. He emphasized that this visit is a continuation of previous visits and ongoing developments, stressing that communication with the Syrian state is a duty and essential to achieve serious and rapid progress in this file. This is based on the plan that has been developed and presented to the Council of Ministers, which "we are working to update and modify in order to facilitate the safe and dignified return of the displaced."
