The deputy speaker of the Egyptian Parliament, Mohamed Abu El-Einien, has called for the study of implementing daylight saving time throughout the entire year. During the general session of the Parliament while discussing a draft law presented by the government regarding the report on the daylight saving time system, he remarked, "There are three experiments in applying daylight saving time globally: some countries apply it, others do not, and some apply it year-round except during Ramadan. Each of these cases has its advantages. Morocco applies daylight saving time year-round except during Ramadan, and we hope to study the implementation of this system in Egypt, considering the application of daylight saving time throughout the year, and avoiding changing the time every six months to steer clear of issues related to the biological clock and road accidents that some statistics have pointed out."
