The Minister of Education and Higher Education in the caretaker government, Abbas Al-Halabi, has extended the implementation of the decision regarding the closure of schools in the southern regions until tomorrow, Thursday, specifying that the closure applies only to official and private schools located in villages directly adjacent to the international southern borders, and not beyond that. He confirmed that studies will continue in all other schools located in all districts. He urged citizens to "follow the ministry's updates daily to stay informed about developments and to ensure the continuation of the academic year."
