The U.S. Department of Defense (Pentagon) announced today, Thursday, that the United States will begin training Ukrainian pilots to fly F-16 fighter jets in October. Pentagon spokesperson Brigadier General Pat Ryder stated that the training will start after Ukrainian pilots receive English language training in September. Ryder added that the flight training will take place in the state of Arizona.
