Casualties and Injuries from Partial Collapse of a Building in Alexandria

"Cairo 24" reported that two people lost their lives and four others were injured in the collapse of balconies at a building within the Bakus market on Mustafa Kamel Street, eastern Alexandria. It was found that the fatalities were pedestrians who happened to be standing beneath the building at the moment of the balcony's collapse. Examination revealed that the building is old, consisting of a ground floor and three upper floors, and that a balcony from the third floor collapsed onto the second floor.
