Egyptian Bride Celebrates Her Wedding in a Weightlifting Hall

A video circulated on social media in Egypt documenting the wedding of the female wrestling champion known as "Tota El Masry" inside a gym. The bride celebrated with her groom in their unique way, where she appeared in the video training and lifting weights in a bodybuilding and fitness hall, wearing her wedding dress under the supervision of the Egyptian wrestler Ashraf Kabonga, nicknamed "The Strongest Man in the World."

"Tota El Masry" surprised attendees by lifting her husband with one hand, sparking extensive debate among social media users. Ashraf Kabonga revealed the behind-the-scenes details of Tota El Masry's wedding, held in one of the iron gyms in Al-Fal Maskeen Square in Cairo.

Kabonga, who holds the title of the strongest man in the world, stated that the idea was his. Since the bride "Tota El Masry" is an old student of his at the gym and is like a younger sister to him, he wanted to bring joy to her heart.

He commented on the photos of the couple on his Facebook account, saying: "The most beautiful and elegant bride and wedding in Egypt and the whole world. Today was the happiest day of my life, the wedding of my student and little sister, Captain Tota El Masry, the wrestling champion."
