The company "Volocopter," specialized in manufacturing electric vertical takeoff and landing vehicles, also known as "air taxis," conducted its first successful test in the city of "NEOM," Saudi Arabia. "NEOM" announced the success of the experiment after a series of tests that took place over a full week, following a cooperation agreement between the two parties that lasted a year and a half. The General Authority of Civil Aviation supervised the tests according to the Saudi Press Agency "SPA." Saudi Arabia aims to make "NEOM," specifically the city of "The Line," a hub for electric and emission-free urban air mobility (UAM).
