Spanish emergency services announced that at least three people were killed today, Sunday, when they were hit by a train near Barcelona while trying to cross the railway tracks. The government-operated railway company reported that the incident occurred at 8:22 PM local time in Montmelló near Barcelona when seven people crossed the tracks at a prohibited location.
