Bousaa: Berri Ready to Call for a Second Election Session

Deputy Speaker of the Parliament Elias Bousaa indicated, after meeting with Speaker Nabih Berri in Ain El Tineh, that "what I gathered from Berri is that dialogue is the best path, but if the parties do not want to engage in dialogue, he is ready to call for a second session." He stated, "I wished for President Berri to seriously consider heading towards early parliamentary elections because the current council is unable to elect a president for the country," confirming that "if we do not come to an agreement with one another, we will not be able to solve this dilemma, and the understanding that needs to happen between us requires discussion or dialogue."
