The Kremlin announced on Wednesday that Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan "soon" in Russia. The two countries have been preparing for the meeting, which is expected to discuss the agreement that was previously facilitated by Turkey and the United Nations, allowing for the export of Ukrainian grain via the Black Sea. Russia withdrew from the agreement last month.
