The father told his daughter, while puffing on his cigar, "This satellite is to counter threats from the United States and South Korea." Analysts, according to the "Daily Mail," say that the military satellite is part of the nuclear-armed state's efforts to develop surveillance technology, including drones, to enhance its ability to strike targets in the event of conflict.
