Lebanese security forces and army intelligence have, for the second time this month, succeeded in thwarting an operation for the illegal smuggling of migrants via a boat that was preparing to depart from the Abda beach - Akkar. The number of those arrested is not yet known, pending an official statement from the relevant authorities.
