Paratici Appeals to FIFA Against International Ban

Fabio Paratici, the sporting director at Tottenham Hotspur, has filed an appeal against the decision by FIFA to extend his international ban last month. Paratici was punished due to his role in the financial dealings of Juventus and transfer agreements during his time at the Italian club. The 50-year-old has taken leave from his position at Tottenham while awaiting the outcome of his appeal following the extension of his ban. A FIFA spokesperson stated, "FIFA can only confirm that Paratici has appealed against the decision made by the disciplinary committee."
