A patrol from the Lebanese Army Intelligence Directorate arrested citizens (A.D.) and (D.A.) as well as a Syrian national (H.B.) in the Kaliri Samaan area of Shiyah for drug use and trafficking. Two war pistols, an illegal vehicle, and counterfeit currency in the amount of 50 US dollars were seized from them. The patrol also arrested citizens (F.A.) and (A.Y.) while they were purchasing drugs from the aforementioned detainees.
