The Israeli Securities Authority announced on Monday that it "has signed an agreement with the Central Bank of Bahrain to cooperate in the fields of financial technology and innovation." It clarified that "specialists will provide guidance and professional support to entrepreneurs and financial technology companies from both sides that are in the development stages or obtaining the necessary approvals to operate." Israel established diplomatic relations with Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates in 2020, with the support of the United States.
