EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell stated today, Thursday, that the bloc's relations with Turkey are based on mutual interests. He said to reporters after a meeting of EU foreign ministers to exchange views on foreign policy issues, including the EU's relationship with Turkey, "It's not just about what the EU expects from Turkey, but also what Turkey expects from the EU."
