Seizure of Unfit Meat and Its Destruction in Tripoli

A patrol from the Health Monitoring Department in the municipality of Tripoli, led by department head Mohammed Ammoun, with the assistance of the municipal police, managed to confiscate a quantity of unfit meat from several butcher shops and meat selling centers in the Abu Ali River Circle area of Tripoli. This was after receiving information and monitoring the sale and supply of such meat to the markets. The patrol issued violation reports against the owners, and confirmed the destruction of the meat in the presence of the assigned monitor and under the direction of the competent judiciary.
