Circular from the Ministry of Interior to Governors and Municipalities Regarding the Organization of Syrian Presence

The Ministry of Interior and Municipalities issued a circular directed at governors and municipalities regarding the organization of the Syrian presence within municipal boundaries, prohibiting the registration of any transactions for displaced persons.
