A retired soldier in Kocaeli, located in northwestern Turkey, killed his wife and daughter with a gunshot after using his personal firearm during an argument, which also resulted in serious injuries to his daughter. Later, the father attempted suicide by shooting himself, but neighbors called the police and ambulance, managing to save both his life and that of his injured daughter.
