The mayor of Donetsk, Alexei Kolumzin, accused Ukraine on Tuesday of shelling the city of Donetsk, resulting in three fatalities. Kolumzin noted that ten people were injured, including an 11-year-old boy, and several buildings in various neighborhoods were damaged, including a bus station, a hospital, a store, and residential buildings.
