Explosion of a Tire on an Egyptian Plane During Landing in Saudi Arabia

A source from the national airline "EgyptAir" reported that "during the landing of flight MS643, a B738 aircraft, one of the plane's tires exploded on the runway at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah." He added that "the pilot was able to land safely on the runway, and all passengers were safely disembarked to the arrival lounge, with no injuries reported." He further explained that "the aircraft is currently being inspected in preparation for maintenance and necessary technical work."
