The municipality of Baalbek is complaining about Syrian "tuk-tuk" operators who are promoting drugs at the entrances to the archaeological fortress, which harms the city's reputation and that of its residents. According to "An-Nahar," some have suggested that these individuals obtain prior licenses to operate in the city from the governor, who was informed of the matter some time ago.
