Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin wrote on the Telegram application that Russian air defenses shot down a drone approaching the city this morning, Thursday. The newspaper "Kommersant" reported, citing a flight tracking website, that more than 40 flights were delayed this morning at Vnukovo and Domodedovo airports in the Russian capital, without specifying the reason for the delays. Moscow airports have repeatedly suspended operations due to what Russian authorities claim are Ukrainian drone attacks on the city.
