The Swiss government announced in a statement today, Friday, that it has approved additional sanctions related to Iran supplying drones to Russia, in line with measures from the European Union. The Swiss Federal Council indicated that the sale, supply, export, and transit of components used in the manufacturing and production of drones are now prohibited, and financial sanctions as well as travel bans have been imposed on individuals and entities connected to supporting the Iranian drone program.
