South Africa: Investigation Found No Evidence of Arms Shipment to Russia

South African President Cyril Ramaphosa announced today, Sunday, that an investigation into the U.S. claim that a Russian ship transported weapons from South Africa late last year concluded that there is no evidence to support this. Ramaphosa stated in an address to the nation, "It has been proven that all allegations regarding supplying arms to Russia are false."
