Title: Lebanon: Raids and Arrests by the Army

The Intelligence Directorate and a force from the army conducted a series of raids today, Friday, in the town of Al-Qasr and the Al-Doura neighborhood in Hermel, following the incident and gunfire that occurred yesterday, Thursday, which also involved shells. Several gunmen were arrested, and others are being pursued, while the army set up patrols and checkpoints at the entrances of Al-Qasr and the Al-Doura neighborhood, checking the identities of passersby. Additionally, the Directorate of Guidance carried out pursuits and arrests of gunmen in the Tabbriya area in Tripoli on Thursday and Friday, linked to an altercation and gunfire in the Souk Al-Dahab area between a citizen (N.A.) and a number of individuals, resulting in injuries to the mentioned citizen, a lady being injured, and another person being killed.
