Acting General Director of General Security, Major General Elias Beiry, revealed the "arrest of a spy network for the Israeli enemy at Rafic Hariri International Airport, consisting of two individuals who attempted to leave Lebanon." He pointed out that "we have conducted the necessary investigations, and this cell posed a danger to Lebanon." Beiry affirmed that "combating terrorism is a priority, as is the fight against espionage networks for the Israeli enemy, which is an absolute priority."
