Stoltenberg: Ukraine Urgently Needs Air Defenses

NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg announced to Reuters today, Tuesday, that Ukraine urgently needs to acquire air defenses, including munitions, spare parts, and maintenance for systems already with the Ukrainian army. He added that the battle there is a "war of attrition," but it is not stagnant considering the gains achieved by Ukraine in its counteroffensive that began in June to try to reclaim territory from Russian forces.
