Wimbledon champion Elena Rybakina, the world number three in tennis, has withdrawn from the Eastbourne tournament today, Monday. Rybakina stated, "Unfortunately, I decided to withdraw today from the Eastbourne tournament; I am still recovering from a virus I contracted in Paris." She added, "I also had a minor issue in Berlin, so my team and I decided it would be best to recover this week and prepare for Wimbledon." Wimbledon will commence on July 3rd.
