On Monday, Saleh Eid, the Assistant Director General of the Saudi Airlines Group for Fleet Management, stated in an interview with Al Sharq TV that "the group intends to order approximately 150 narrow-body aircraft for Saudi Airlines and its low-cost carrier, flyadeal." He noted that "negotiations are in the final stages and the group aims to receive the aircraft within two and a half to three years." He added, "We will sign the largest aircraft deal in our history before the end of the year."
