Russian President Vladimir Putin announced today, Friday, that he will hold a meeting soon with Chinese President Xi Jinping. Putin stated, "The Chinese president considers me his friend, and I am happy to call him my friend, as he is a person who does a lot for the development of Russian-Chinese relations."
