Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) quoted Minister of Oil Saad Al-Barrak as saying today, Wednesday, that oil markets are moving in the "right direction" by achieving a balance between supply and demand. Al-Barrak's statements followed a meeting held earlier in which the Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee of OPEC+ made no changes to the group's current oil production policy.
