The French newspaper Challenges revealed that a court in Houston, Texas, has decided to start an investigation into the Beirut port explosion (August 4, 2020), based on a complaint filed by several Lebanese-American victims against the company Spectrum, which rented the ship "Rhosus" that transported the ammonium nitrate shipment to Lebanon.
