Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva indicated to reporters in the Indian capital New Delhi, where he participated in the G20 summit earlier this week, that "it is the Brazilian judiciary that will decide whether Russian President Vladimir Putin will be arrested if he attends the G20 summit next year in Brazil."
