The U.S. State Department reported on Tuesday that "Secretary Antony Blinken urged Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia' al-Sudani to pursue those responsible for the attacks and threats against American and coalition forces in Iraq." It added that "Blinken welcomed Baghdad's condemnation of the attacks during their call on Monday, and the two sides also discussed the conflict between Israel and Hamas and the humanitarian situation in Gaza."
