Israeli forces stationed at Mount Sheikh in Syria launched more than 20 missiles at the "Qars al-Nafal" site west of the town of Hadr in the Quneitra countryside near the Golan Heights, with no reports of casualties. The "Qars al-Nafal" site is known, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, to host pro-Iranian elements and was directly targeted on August 17. On April 18, Israeli forces carried out ground shelling targeting sites where Iranian-affiliated groups are located on the outskirts of the town of Saida, near the occupied Golan Heights in southern Quneitra, with no reports of human casualties.
