Missing After Cargo Ship Collision in the North Sea Off Germany

German authorities announced today, Tuesday, that several people are missing after a collision between two cargo ships in the North Sea off Germany. The rescue service of the German Central Command for Maritime Emergencies reported that one of the ships is believed to have sunk following the incident that occurred this morning about 22 kilometers southwest of Heligoland Island.
