The army stated via the Telegram app: "The enemy targeted grain storage facilities and a production and shipping complex in the Danube region. A fire erupted in the warehouses and was quickly contained. Firefighters are continuing their efforts." Meanwhile, Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Oleksandr Kubrakov stated that "a Russian drone attack on the port of Ismail in southern Ukraine resulted in the damage of 13,000 tons of grain." He continued: "The export capacity of the port has decreased by 15 percent due to the Russian strike," noting that "Russia is systematically targeting grain silos and their storage to disrupt agricultural exports."
