Abyosif, son of the broadcaster, announced his mother's passing on Instagram, writing: "My mother, Sidika Mohamed Hayati, has passed away, may Allah have mercy on her; please pray for her mercy and forgiveness."
It is noted that Sidika Hayati worked for many years at "Middle East Broadcasting" and presented numerous radio programs, making her one of the most famous stars of Egyptian radio throughout its long history. She also had experiences outside Egypt, contributing to the establishment of one of Japan's radio stations.
