The White House nearly stated today, Tuesday, that the Kremlin is responsible for the death of Yevgeny Prigozhin, the head of the Russian private military group Wagner, who is believed to have been killed in a mysterious plane crash last week. White House spokesperson Karine Jean-Pierre said, "We all know that the Kremlin has a long history of assassinating opponents."
