The Iranian judicial authority announced on Twitter the execution of three men (Majid Kazemi, Saleh Mirhashemi, and Saeed Yaqubi) on Friday, after they were convicted in the recent protests. It reported that "the three men were involved in the killing of two members of the paramilitary Basij force and a security officer, and they will be executed in the city of Isfahan in central Iran."
