Abdollahian Discusses Latest Regional Developments with Nasrallah and Visits Maroun al-Ras

The Secretary-General of "Hezbollah," Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, received Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdullahian and his accompanying delegation, in the presence of the Iranian ambassador in Beirut, Mostafa Amani. They reviewed the latest developments in the region, particularly the Iranian-Saudi agreement and its implications for the countries of the region. They also discussed updates regarding Lebanon and the occupied Palestinian territories.

Additionally, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdullahian visited the southern Lebanese border town of Maroun al-Ras, where he toured its gardens. The Iranian minister stated: "The Palestinian resistance and the Islamic resistance in Lebanon are at their strongest and best state," while the Israeli side is experiencing its worst conditions, facing accumulated political, social, and security crises.

Regarding regional developments, Abdullahian remarked: "Our region has entered a new phase of collective cooperation, and the future for the countries in the region is bright. Undoubtedly, all positive developments in the region regarding the Zionist measures will lead to the isolation and collapse of this entity." Abdullahian, Amani, and the accompanying delegation toured the garden to learn about its sections and contents, looking towards the occupied Palestinian lands and receiving explanations about the names of sites, military barracks, and Israeli settlements across the border. They were welcomed by Hezbollah MPs in the south, Hassan Fadlallah and Hassan Az al-Din, along with social and party figures. The photos were taken by Abbas Salman.
