United States: No Connection to "Nord Stream" Incident

The United States has denied any involvement in the gas leak incident from the "Nord Stream" pipelines in the Baltic Sea. U.S. Deputy Representative to the United Nations, Richard Mills, stated during a session of the United Nations Security Council: "I want to be clear that the United States unequivocally denies any connection to this incident, and we reject any claims to the contrary." He noted that "the investigation is ongoing, and the United States is supporting European countries in conducting this important investigation." He added that "it may take some time, but in the pursuit of truth, there should be no rush."
