A statement was issued by the Army Command - Directorate of Guidance: "On July 19, 2023, an Israeli enemy foot patrol launched two hand grenades in the outskirts of Kfar Shuba - Bkathail Triangle, while an intelligence directorate patrol was present in the area, without any injuries occurring." The statement added: "Army units continue to take appropriate security measures and are monitoring the breach in coordination with the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon."
