Fahd Al-Rasheed, an advisor at the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, revealed that Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman conducted a field visit that led to an investigation at the royal court, involving princes and ministers, due to three non-functioning street lights. During an interview on the program "Hekayat Waad" on MBC, Al-Rasheed stated, "I was surprised when the Chief of the Royal Court told me that the Crown Prince wanted to investigate with me." He noted that "Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman was on his way to the airport when he saw three non-working street lights." He emphasized that he, along with the Minister of Transport and several officials, were investigated. Al-Rasheed considered that "the message from the Crown Prince is clear: I am appointed by the authorities to serve the citizen, and the voice of the citizen must reach every official."
