Ministry of Communications Announces Winner of Postal Sector Bidding

The Ministry of Communications stated that "after the bidding for the leasing of the postal sector was conducted, and after the offers were opened on 12/7/2023, only one bidder submitted, which is the coalition between Merit Invest and Colis Privé France, a subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group. After reviewing the submitted documents, it was confirmed that they comply with the specifications and associated documents. Therefore, the only bidder is the temporarily winning bidder." It added in a statement: "It is noteworthy that the Minister of Communications, Johnny Karam, issued Decision No. 405/A dated 13/7/2023, necessary and referred to as a freezing decision in accordance with the Public Procurement Law."
